Contrary to what you may believe, it doesn’t necessarily have to take years of deep work to heal and fix your energetic blocks and issues. In these modern times energy flows more quickly and easily than in years past.
When uncomfortable feelings such as fear, sadness or anger rise within, that is your cue to STOP, SIT, BREATHE and FEEL. As you do this it allows the energy of that pain to rise within but you can feel it and give it a voice so it can be processed properly. So much imbalance is caused by people not feeling their feelings. Instead they ignore them or push them down so they don’t have to deal with them. But all this causes is more pain as that emotion stays frozen within our energetic system where it continues to build until we are ready and able to deal with it properly.
The next time you are confronted with strong emotions please STOP what you are doing, SIT somewhere quiet where you won’t be interrupted, BREATHE deeply in through the nose and down into your abdomen and FEEL the emotions fully. I promise you with practice it will become easier and you will be more able to HEAR the voice of your own soul who wants nothing more than for you to be happy and at peace.
